“My Cup Runneth Over… Occasionally I Do Too.” This one is inspired by Hopper—and anyone who knows a wobbly cat will understand the joke. Hopper has cerebellar hypoplasia (CH), often called wobbly cat syndrome. His coordination may be a little unpredictable, but his personality certainly isn't. He approaches life with determination, curiosity, and plenty of catitude.
The design begins on one side with: “My Cup Runneth Over…” A whimsical trail of little hearts travels around the mug before reaching Hopper on the other side and the punchline: “Occasionally I Do Too.” It's a playful reference to Hopper's wobble, but there's also something I love about the sentiment behind it. Sometimes life gets a little unsteady. We keep going anyway.
This design is inspired by the real Hopper. I wanted it to celebrate his CH with affection and humor, as my life is lived each day with this precious feline. A fun gift for CH cat families, special-needs pet parents, rescue-cat lovers, cat moms, or anyone who could use a little Hopper with their morning coffee.
